my.cogenesis.com.au (the “Portal”) is operated by Cogenesis Business Group Pty Ltd (“Cogenesis”, “we”, “us”) so that our customers can view their invoices and pay them online. By logging in to or using the Portal you agree to these terms.

Accounts. Portal accounts are issued by Cogenesis to its customers. You are responsible for keeping your login details and verification codes confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authority. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, including to protect the security of the Portal or your account.

Acceptable use. You must only use the Portal to view and pay invoices issued to your organisation. You must not attempt to access another customer’s account or information, interfere with the Portal’s operation or security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Payments. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your card details are submitted directly to that provider and are not stored by Cogenesis. A payment is applied to the invoice(s) you select once it has been approved, and a confirmation is sent to your registered email address. Making a payment through the Portal does not change the terms of your agreement with Cogenesis or the invoice itself.

Invoice queries and refunds. If you believe an invoice or payment is incorrect, contact [email protected] with the invoice number. Refunds and adjustments are handled in accordance with your agreement with Cogenesis and applicable law.

Privacy. Personal information collected through the Portal is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Availability. We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If the Portal is unavailable, you can still pay using the other methods shown on your invoice.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Cogenesis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continuing to use the Portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
